For the love of cycling.

A natural extension of the bond Black Sheep and Stinner Frameworks already share, the Black Sheep | Stinner Women’s Team are creating a movement to truly inspire. A group of women focused not only on competing but nurturing others while showcasing the strength of and spreading the love for women’s cycling.

In 2017, Black Sheep | Stinner will be racing in both the Victorian Road Series in Australia and in Category 1 Races in the USA. The team will also be competing in National Champs races on both sides of the pacific.

Whether it’s the meandering curves of Melbourne’s Yarra River, or the rolling ocean of Santa Barbara, we see incredible beauty in nature’s art. Natural flowing lines are timeless.

Staying true to Black Sheep | Stinner’s signature Electric Salmon, the team kit for 2017 extends its colour palette to include Aquamarine, a colour that again references our love affair with the ocean on both sides of the Pacific.

Stinner builds handmade, custom bicycles that unite their owners with the California spirit of freedom, fun and adventure. Each Stinner is unique; a marriage of metal and soul – fine-tuned to delight and inspire its rider.

Stinner believes that business can be a source of social, environmental and economic change at both a local and global level. People ride bikes for recreation, for transportation, and for health. Cycling brings these people together, strengthening community bonds. Stinner aims to unite businesses and people emphasising responsible manufacturing and community in every way we can.

Black Sheep Stinner Women

The eight-strong Black Sheep | Stinner Women’s team keep true our philosophy of nurturing riders that also have an incredible story and life outside of the sport. The girls from both Australia and the United States have blossoming professional careers while still competing at an extremely high level within the sport.

They are: Bridget Slocum; Melita Van Steel; Sarah Mortley; Nicole Datlen; Ginger Boyd; Jessica Baumgardner; Julia Gieschen and Tara Conway.
